Understanding the Cultural differences through Hofstede’s model helped me respect both perspectives, rather than feeling lost between them.

Analyzing strangeness and culturally different encounters using DIVE model help me look different into perspective and suspend judgement.

Overcoming Stereotypes

“Approach people with curiosity, not assumptions.” I have learnt that: Stereotypes can block real connections, intercultural experience opened my perspective.

Use more active learning strategies (project-based, cooperative learning)
